stops treating your own voice like a threat. YOU Systems works by reducing ambiguity, rehearsing your responses,
and training your brain to treat self-advocacy as normal — not dangerous.

Core idea: you don’t “think” your way into confidence first — you act your way into it.
Behavior changes the story your nervous system believes.

What YOU Systems Is Actually Training

The system focuses on four measurable skill areas — the same ones that determine how a woman is treated in
rooms that matter:
